Mr. Freeman's Bible has nothing to do with Mr. Freeman's Bible is a unique art object dedicated to the wisdom of a media character named Mr. Freeman. It is not connected to Christianity or any other religion. Created by one of the authors of Mr. Freeman, this is the only copy ever made. So far the book is nine years in the making.

Mr. Freeman’s Bible is a tool for contemplation and understanding. Dozens of people have been involved in the creation of this Magic Book. Each stage in the creation of this one of a kind book has been intricate, starting with the initial assembly of the book’s body. There was the processing, drying, and delivery of papyrus pages by master Egyptian craftsmen; the production of leather for covering the wooden covers; the preparation of a special durable fish-based glue for binding the papyrus pages; the creation of molds and casting of silver inlays; the collection of wild white amber for carving the complex inlayed forms; the design and drawing of the cover’s embossment; the sewing of all the pages into one volume. And this was all before any writing began!

Mr. Freeman’s Bible is entirely hand crafted. It consists of 424 pages. As of May 2021, 100 pages of text have been completed. All texts are lettered with pen and ink in Greek, Latin and Russian. Most even-numbered pages of the book use three signs in its header. The upper right corner of these pages is marked with a unique image of the Moon, the upper left corner with a unique image of the Sun. Between them is the Mr. Freeman symbol and the uppercase letters “MF”. To protect both the wood-based covers and pages from damage and woodworm bugs, each finished page is coated with paraffin.

The book is fastened with a lock in which Mr. Freeman is depicted in symmetrical yet inverted halves. This design represents the duality of Mr. Freeman - light and darkness, night and day, yin and yang — the two facets of everything. There is a gap between the two halves, symbolizing the need for transition – for an understanding of life’s boundaries and gradations.
